At Care Me, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period:
Most products from our store can be returned within 3-7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Please follow the item specific return eligibility mentioned in the product page.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically broken or destroyed) or defective (e.g., non-functional).
- The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong item, size, color, counterfeit, or expired).
- The delivered product does not match the description or image (e.g., the product is not as advertised).
- The delivered product does not fit (e.g., the size is unsuitable).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Underwear & Undergarments
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Go to “track package” section of your order and click on “create return”. Then select the reason for return, order ID, product name, return reason etc. You can select images as an attachment. Then “click submit”. If the return period is over, the return option will be deactivated automatically and you won’t be able to initiate a return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: Once the return is approved, our team will arrange a pick up from your address within 1-2 days.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 1-3 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Electronic Gadgets
- If the received item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must need to inform within 24 hrs of delivery. a refund will be provided following Careme's evaluation
- Change of mind is not applicable for return & refund
- We do not accept returns for any items that have been used. However, if a gadget is dead on arrival (i.e., fails to power on), you can submit a return request directly through Care Me.
Computers & Laptops
- New desktops, laptops, tablets etc purchased from Care Me can be returned for a full refund within 24 hrs of delivery if they arrived damaged, failed to start upon arrival, or remain unopened in their original packaging.
- Care Me may inspect products returned by customers due to issues like not starting upon arrival. If the customer misrepresents the product's condition, no refund will be issued.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached. Any items that show signs of use will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
